Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all RIXO tags are attached, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
